For our customers outside Düsseldorf, we offer a comfortable selection- and mailorderservice. For this service we offer the following payment options:

Mail-Order-Service
The valueamount of the selection parcel will be authorised by your creditcard institution: Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or Visa. Therefore we need the name of the creditcard organisation, the name of the creditcard member, the creditcard number and the expiry date of the creditcard. The address of the creditcard owner has to be identical with the delivery address.
The merchandise will be delivered by UPS. After returning the selection parcel, only those pieces that have not been returned will be charged to your creditcard. Postage and packaging is € 5,00 within Germany; outside Germany the complete postage amount has to be paid depending on the country. If all items are returned, we only charge the postage amount to your creditcard. The receipt will be posted to you by mail.

Bank Transfer
After receiving your bank transfer, the selection parcel will be sent to you. After returning the selection parcel, we will only charge the items that have been kept, plus the postage. If all items are returned we only charge the postage. The rest of the money will be refunded to your account.

Delivery conditions
Delivery by UPS.
Return within 5 days after receival of merchandise.
Postage and Packaging €5,00 within Germany, outside Germany depending on the country. The merchandise remains our property until complete payment.

Returnservices:
If you want us to organise the return of the selection parcel, we can organise that for you by UPS-Express or by mail. The return postage will be charged to you.
